This is a business development role where you will be chasing new business around the South Island. The role is open to candidates who have been in a sales role for a few years and really wanting to change industry into the fast paced and exciting freight forwarding and logistics sector.ABOUT YOU
Our ideal candidate will have a passion for sales, you will also have the below attributes;- Finding, developing and managing new customer opportunities
- Maintaining and developing exxisiting customers for additional growth
- Working collaboratively with the broader sales team
- Excellent time management and organisational skills
- Thinks outside the box and will use your initiative
- Attention to detail
- A team player with the ability to work well under pressure
- Pro-active and resourceful with excellent time management
- B2B solution selling experience
- Strong communication; verbal and written
- Excellent negotiation and numerical skills
- Professional attitude and presentation as well as highly motivated
- Be able to seal the deal
