Craig’s background includes nine years with a major international corporate brand which saw him building business relationships with senior management and business owners across all industries. Craig’s ability to really listen to his customers needs showed a genuine interest in his customers business, this coupled with his enthusiasm and commitment to get the job done has seen him build excellent relationships across Christchurch. Having proved himself as the highest performing sales consultant nationwide over consecutive years Craig progressed in to Management. It was in this role that Craig first started his journey in recruitment placing sales staff in roles across the South Island. This experience gave Craig an appreciation of how difficult and time consuming it can be finding suitable candidates, but more importantly how important it is to get the right person for the role.
